The tactical checkpoint: the left hand frees you from the seat belt, while your right hand simultaneously performs all combatives from the previously learned claws\/pads or sandbag training: Elbows, hammer punches, punches, headbutt, biting in combination with screaming, unbuckling the attacker, opening the door. Guaranteed: If you practice this efficiently for 15 minutes (30 sec. hitting, 10 sec. pause, running around the car _ repeat!) you will have a good workout as well as a good practice in unbuckling quickly and you will train your Krav Maga combinations in a sitting position! Tip: Turn your radio up loud and make sure that the belt doesn&#8217;t damage the paint on your car when unbuckling.
